Test coverage for example templates in the TOSCA spec

TOSCA spec has several example templates demonstrating different nodes, relationships, capabilities and many more. Many of them are already supported by current Heat-Translator implementation but it doesn't cover all of those templates.

As part of this blueprint, we need to add template translation which haven't already been done and compare the existing templates in heat-translator and make sure they are matching the spec (as spec might have changed)
