A standalone heat server configured for an external OpenStack
It should be possible to install a heat server which is configured to orchestrate on an external OpenStack compatible cloud.
The existing authpassword middleware provides most of what is required, however further effort is required in:
- python-heatclient on what credentials to send in standalone mode
- heat-api-cfn and heat-api-cloudwatch authentication so that servers on the external cloud can signal waitconditions and watch data
This is a pre-requisite for blueprint heat-multicloud
