stack list pagination not providing previous page link

currently stack-list pagination response includes only 'next' link as shown below.
"links": [{"href": "https://host/v1/tenant/stacks?limit=<num>&marker=4xxxxc-cxxx1-4xx3-8xx0-fxxxxxx5", "rel": "next"}]

stack-list pagination response should include total 'count' of stacks and also link for previous ('prev') page.
For example, stack-list with 'global_tenant=1', would result in a long list and providing 'prev' link would help in navigation.
