Community Driven Feature Annotation

Currently Helioviewer supports loading and displaying of various online feature/event catalogs. Users may wish, however, to add their own markers to Helioviewer describing something interesting either to share with everyone (global), with certain collaborators (group), or for their own private use (private). Custom feature annotations would need to be stored online, and to support private/group-level annotations, some system of authentication must be incorporated.
