DDA scattering theory
Registered by
Tom Dimiduk
The discrete dipole approximation (DDA) can compute scattering patterns (and thus holograms) for arbitrary objects. ADDA is a high performance DDA code, hooking it up as a scattering theory in scatterpy will us to compute scattering and holograms for many more types of objects.

Needs some support work for scatterers to work with things other than spheres and ellipses (things ADDA does not already have an implementation for)
