1. Table for created alarms
2. Management of the alarms(CRUD)
3. Table for History of each alarm
4. Charts of the history of the alarms, the state of each alarm can be only (ok, alarm, insufficient data), so we need to find a way to display it properly in time

I have worked on similar use case. I have seen blueprint design drafted by Liz Blanchard, my changes are on similar lines to that blueprint for alarms.
