Support in UI to download RC files.
This is as simple as generating a template and downloading to the user, similar to how devstack is doing it:

I've a basic version of this working dynamically generating the file off a view/template and creating a bash for download. The only consequential piece missing is the password, which the user needs to enter. I can integrate, with a bit of guidance as to where you'd like the download option to appear in the UI.
