Ask for confirmation on delete/terminate actions for non-JS browsers

When applying non-reversible actions like 'Delete', 'Terminate', a confirmation should be required, to avoid accidental button clicks.
Could be implemented using jQuery dialogs, with possible fall-back to non-JS browsers.
