Dashboard should have a log

It's a common practice that every OpenStack (and not just only OpenStack) has a log where many information may be saved. This log can be very useful while developing and testing, even after deployment, so we always will able to know what's going up in the dashboard server and if it ever crashes, we will know how were logged in and what they were doing.
