Kio-sword integration

Kio-sword is a useful interface for Sword in Konqueror. It could be nice to integrate it better in Ichthux.

That includes:

* having a link to sword:/ in the launch.html page for Konqueror. This implies working on the Konqueror code, probably with upstream.
* defining a biblestudy profile in Konqueror
* calling this profile from an icon in the KDE bar
* having a search engine that calls sword:/?search, used instead of the Google search in the biblestudy profile
* having a biblestudy service in the metabar, calling sword:/

* There is an attempt to do the launch.html part by patching kdebase the way kubuntu does it.
The result is http://ichthux.free.fr/snapshots/konqueror_about/konversation_about_english.jpg .

The problem is that this requires patching kdebase's source. It would be good to try and modularize this part inside KDE. This would benefit to Kubuntu aswell.
