Shold be based on TkInter to minimize dependencies, although wxwidgets,gtk or qt could be used as well.
Provides access to all features of IMGCrush command line interface, with some idiot proof basic interface for basic commands and advanced options section for mure advanced users.
Should be completely separate from IMGCrush i.e. wouldn't use use its modules, and separately packaged.
Doesn't necessarily have to be written in Python.

A simple TkInter GUI using the most basic imgcrush options is already complete, however, TkInter proved to be rather inflexible, so a new GUI will have to be based on something else.
