Add Snowball specific LTP test into Lava
LTP testsuite for Snowball needs to updated so that all TC pass. The test suite should be available on igloo and be used in CI testing done by Lava for kernel.

The lava-test is also updated with a new test named ltp-snowball-tests
[Appala, 17-05-2012] I have added common command file called "snowball" to " kernel/runtest" to execute snowball specific testcases.
I have added below list of sensor components to LTP git:
1. Gyroscope (l3g4200d)
2. Pressure sensor (lps001wp_prs)
3. Accelerometer/
4.Proximity sensor
[Appala, 17-05-2012] We have verified STE snowball tests are running with LAVA and some of the tests are failing.
Failure tests needs to be analyzed
[Appala, 2012-06-04] The lava-test test definition has updated and merged to trunk and tested manually by submitting job to the LAVA. I have not able to test the CI since it is blocked by the bug https:/
