Update the Igloo Kernel with STE baseline from w210

The igloo kernel should be updated with the latest patches from STE development, matching functionality in STE internal kernel in end of w210 (tag 5.57) which is found in the IglooKernel called stable-android-ux500-3.3-1 found here http://www.igloocommunity.org/gitweb/?p=kernel/igloo-kernel.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/stable-android-ux500-3.3-1

The kernel should not be updated for 2012.04 as it will affect other features not being stable or completed.
IK 3.3.1 branch is tested with Android 4.0.3 in stable blob.
All components are tested OK, no regression observed.
