Add support for dxf POLYLINE output

Inkscape can only read LWPOLYLINE dxf outputs so I can't view and edit my CAD files with POLYLINE output. Support for this type should be included, or at least an automatic transformation from POLYLINE (3D) to LWPOLYLINE (2D) on import.
