Refinded format for use in games

It would be nice if Inkscape would be able to incorporate the following :
A) Output as ASCII X & Y coordinates
B) These values are offset from a handle value
C) The handle position can be user-defined, but usually in the centre of the page
D) Able to assign attributes for different parts of the shape
Basically, I'm looking for something that is slightly more generic that the ship editor from XPilot
