high-contrast-toolbar

I'd like to propose something new to the toolbar. Two things to be honest.

1. Is it possible for us to make a toolbar with black icons? Like high contrast? Sometimes we're using the computer for long long hours and a black/dark themed set of colors and icons in Inkscape would make it not only more modern but more comfortable for more people (IMHO). So maybe redesigning icons with dark colors (could be black, white and tones of gray for instance).

2. Is it possible to make those icons vector based? Like... for us to resize the size of the entire toolbar? Maybe I'm asking too much here. But I was just wondering... :-)
