more shapes and primitive shapes

I believe that having this native feature inside Inkscape would help it increase even more it's popularity and usage amongst multiple audiences of new users.

We could benefit a lot having multiple primitives like:

water drop
arrows,
heart,
baloons,
tear,
pie,
donut,
moon (with all the phases),

and more shapes inside, native, embedded in Inkscape. I know we already have an amazing Symbols library (which is simply amazing) but having this native would make the app even more useful. And it shouldn't be very difficult (just "guesstimating" here) to do it.
