keyboard shortcuts enhancement

2018-07-12 VictorWestmann - I would like to propose that ALL menu items in Inkscape would be able to have some sort of shortcut assigned to it.
Is it possible for us to implement the crazy shortcuts that Emacs (for instance) has? Like Ctrl + C + V ? Because I know that Only two special keys (let's say Ctrl and Shift, or Ctrl and Alt, or Shift and Alt) + a random key on the keyboard is a combination that would easily be used to the full extent of keys combination.
Do you guys know if this is possible? if it is... do more people need this? It could speed up parts of someone's work...
