Resize the tools box and move buttons
The purpose of this blueprint is to give a better organization to the toolbar of inkscape without effecting the space of the workarea itself.

2010-08-03 pablolizardo: I made a proposal for the toolbox, like in other programs, each button has "inside" a group of tools, for example, the "Shape Button" has inside the Box, Circle, Rounded Box, Polygon, Star, ... and you can switch between the tools clicking in the "subbutton" in the contextual bar.
