IUS Triage Team

We have created the 'IUS Triage Team' at https://launchpad.net/~ius-triage. What we need is to develop the rolls and responsibilities of this team. Initial thoughts:

 * Tracking upstream. Ensuring issues are created [or exist] in LP when new source versions are available upstream for IUS package updates.

 * Initial triage of new issues. Setting the category, status, assignee, linking bzr branches, directing users to docs/wiki if the answer may already exist somewhere.

 * Subscribing upstream 'announce' mailing lists to the ius-triage list to ensure updates are handled promptly.

 * Etc (what else?)
