New zone: newbie school

A newbie school has been planned for years, but it's never been completed. Tam, who had been working on it, is no longer active. We need someone else to undertake this project and get it completed.

Tam still has the newbie school, and it's mostly finished. I have no clue what his hangup is on it. Maybe he's still upset over getting demoted. x.x -Ariz
Well, if someone can get it from him and finish it, I'm all for that. Or if he wants to do it (not that I expect this to be the case), that would be great too. It's just that he's not completed it for several years now, and it really needs to get completed, by someone else if not by him. -- Kailyn
