Implement extensions for higher level effects.

Since it is fairly tedious to make a series of bullet points appear in sequence, it would be helpful to have an extension that assigns the appropriate effects to the selected objects. This feature would not require any changes to the JessyInk script, just some new Inkscape extensions.
