NAV-TOOLBAR: pan,zoom, <, >, INDEX

Using the ALLREADY existing scripts (effects);ZOOM, PAN, NAV +a new INDEX script, we can make a
"floating" toolkit for navigation (like a toolbar..see http://www.svgmaker.com/gallery/japan08.svgz ).
That is a huge interactivity request ; suppose we put the slideshow on web and the websurfer is agnostic
about the JessyInk interactivity! As web is a speedy environment, the user have no time to experiment,
and should be able to callback the "normal " interaction habits: some buttons!
Further, apart from the intended usage of JessyInk as slideshow, such a toolbar transform JessyInk in
a zoomable/embeddable-DOCUMENT navigator like FLASHPAPER or pdf2swf, AND also in a svg-maps
navigator! ...a huge help 4 the free svg community.
Finally, as the request is standardized ( [zoom, pan, nav, index]=toolbar) the JessyInk configuration-panel
can generate this with ONLY one ceck-button! ..
