Add/Use Apache Commons

Apache Commons library has lots of helpers for things that are done over and over again in all kind of situations. It would be very nice to have it in JHV and use it as often as possible.

An important aspect might be the HttpComponents.

We are currently only using very simply and raw Java functionality for accessing HTTP - we need to find out if using HttpComponents may improve performance, stability and/or code-elegance. One aspect might be the well tested gzip compression of requests. Another thing might be the different accessing methods (blocking, threaded) ...
