Enhanced Command Line Processor

The command line processor of JHV should be enhanced to allow launching identical composite views in JHV from helioviewer.org.

Proposed Syntax:

Very close to helioviewer.org:

a) for single images:
-jhv [date=2003-10-05T00:00:00Z;imageScale=1914;imageLayers=[SOHO,EIT,EIT,171,1,100],[SOHO,LASCO,C2,white-light,1,100]]

where the image scale is given in km/pixel, values in the inner brackets are [observatory,instrument,detector,measurement,visibility,opacity].

b) for movies, startTime and endTime are specified instead of the "date" field, plus an optional cadence (time between images in seconds):
-jhv [startTime=2003-10-05T00:00:00Z;endTime=2003-10-20T00:00:00Z;cadence=3600;imageScale=1914;imageLayers=[SOHO,EIT,EIT,171,1,100],[SOHO,LASCO,C2,white-light,1,100]]

This will load two movie layers with the same time range and cadence. Any movie layers specified via the command line interface should be locked (synchronized) by default (unless someone can come up with a use case against it).

In addition:
- Add a -h/--help switch in order to get more information about the list of accepted commands. Additionally, some example calls for each command (-jpip and -download) would be helpful.
