JHV 2.0: Features for AGU: movie+filters

JHV 2.0 features to be reactivated before AGU meeting:
- Movie functionality:
- Play JPX movies, incl. pause, step frame forward/backward, step to first/last frame, loop, swing (i.e. reverse direction when first/last frame is reached).
- Desired display speed: 20 fps for 1000x1000 pixel window (on fast desktop computer)
- Filter functionality:
- apply standard color tables using OpenGL (UI on left side under "Image Controls", as in JHV 1.0)
- make opacity variable (UI on left side under "Image Controls", as in JHV 1.0)
- apply the default color table to EIT, LASCO and MDI images when opening them
