JHV 2.0: enable screenshots/wallpapers

Enable screenshots in JHV 2.0:
Menu entry: File->Save screenshot
- User picks file name & export format (png,jpeg, optional: jp2)
- User chooses image size: actual window size (default), full screen size (for wallpaper), full resolution (within reasonable limits). For the last two, the aspect ratio may have to be adjusted: add content around the current window if needed.
