We are currently performing some additional development on this feature to polish usability.
Ideas:
- Command that doesn't rely upon a bootstrap server to describe an environment.
- Give a status that is more clear when ensure-availability completes.
- Improve user-facing documentation to describe what things HA will do given what state it's in.
