Put package files in a higher level directory

At the moment, whenever Keryx downloads packages for a project, the packages are placed in a sub-directory of the architecture (linux, win32, etc.). It should be moved into a higher level in the directory tree. I propose that it be put in a directory called "packages" in the project folder.
