Because Kibo Project - http://amjjawad.net/kibo/ - is offering many services, we need someone to take the lead on each area/service and let's call that a Department. So, we need head of department (managers, coordinators, etc).

What kind of tasks a Department Coordinator/Manager need to do?

(1) Report to the founder (me).
(2) Being Kibo's number 1 reference in the area he/she leads.
(3) Recruit people to his/her area.
(4) Organize, coordinate, manage and work as a leader of his/her team (department).
(5) Part of Kibo's Board.
(6) Staff (members and volunteers) report directly to him/her.
(7) Work side by side with the Regional Manager - https://blueprints.launchpad.net/kibo-project/+spec/regional-coordinators - whenever needed.
