0R smd resistance used as via jump or bridge

When designing single layer PCBs there are very common situations that require a via jumping over another via, typically implemented with wires.
I usually implement those jumps with 0R 1206 or 0805 smd resistances, which results in cleaner and faster soldering.
The problem doing so is that Pcbnew won't see that as a valid via jump cause sees the 0R as a component, resulting in ERC errors due to unconnected components.
My proposal is this: Pcbnew should be able to make this resistance-jumps on the fly and interpret them correctly, no needing schematic modifications.
