Prepare the klickgeist ui to be used with touchscreen devices like iPad oder Galaxy Tab

Currently klickgeist is not usable with touchscreen-devices based on Android or iOS because they required different drag 'n drop implemamntation. Instead of onclick, onmouseover etc. its touchstart, touchend ....
