New KMuddy intro page

A new intro page for KMuddy that gives it a nicer first-launch appearance, and helps the user to start playing sooner.
To do this, here's what should be done:
- remove the output area from the first 'tab' (done)
- embed the Connections dialog into the first tab, at the bottom
- place big kmuddy logo on top
- use space below logo for tooltips.
