Support external NFS storage for Cinder backup

Cinder backup currently works with Ceph which is neither always desired nor flexible. E.g. if cinder volumes are in Ceph it makes sense to use another system to have copies. NFS is very easy to setup and to manage and works great for backup purposes.

Add configuration options for NFS based backup
Correct ones that already exist for Ceph
