Profile picture for users

We use the facebook-picture of users that have connected their lc2 accounts to their facebook accounts.
Users without facebook-connection should also be able to have a profile picture.
Laaknor suggested that the user should be able to choose between the picture from facebook or upload one. Should also be possible to use Gravatar.
