Providing Britney-like functionality in Launchpad

The current Launchpad Auto Build Infrastructure should provide Britney-like functionality, it consists of instalabilty check accross distrorelease oficial architecture, a resonable instalability check would be binary dependency check. I also can be presented in a per-package page and maybe be integrated with package-cache
