Exposing Database Exceptions

When database constraints are violated, users get presented with a System Error/Oops page. If we can't be arsed fixing the bugs that cause this, a half arsed approach would be to attempt to generate some technobabble to the end user using the constraint name, thus faking a meaningful error message.
