Subscriptions to blueprints to broadcast new blueprints to users and teams

I would like to be able to subscribe myself or my team to blueprints in the same way as I can subscribe to code updates and new/modified bugs. It makes a lot of sense to our project to broadcast new blueprints to our mailing list.

Subscriptions could be to;
-to all blueprints for a project
-to all blueprints for a specific goal
-to all blueprints for a specific milestone

In a similar way RSS feeds for new blueprints would also be very helpful.
