Post submission with login

For various reasons, Launchpad often forgets who you are logged in as. When this happens while you are filling out a form, you lose all your input. These forgetting bugs should be fixed, but since it is unlikely that all of them will ever be fixed, Launchpad should also let you log in to complete a POST form submission.
