Highlight results from bootchart testing on Ubuntu based images
As a visitor to the LAVA website, I would like to see results from the bootchart testing so I can see if the boot process performance is getting better or worse over time.

This was actually done long ago, but the system for reporting has also fallen away long ago. If boot speed becomes interesting to linaro again in the future, much of it could probably be reused though.
Headline: Bootchart results can now be visualized graphically on LAVA under "LAVA >> Dashboard >> Reports".
