Connect the LAVA test WiFi access point to the outside world
Some tests in LAVA need to access the outside world through the test access point, so the idea is to give it access when the leased line is installed.

Currently we have these 2 apps which have significant subset of tests which access internet to upload the results over wifi without which they don't show the results.
[2012/09/24] Waiting until leased line switchover on 2012/10/01
[2012/10/01] Moving to 2012.11, Dave's schedule is booked for 2012.10. Dave has an idea for a semi-quick workaround if this is absolutely needed.
