We have squid deployed in our lab. However, we don't have a nice way to know how well its working. We have a tool that gives us some metrics, but we haven't investigated the metrics to understand why we aren't getting better cache hit rates.

Inverstigate how to store a large file a long time in cache even if it's not used frequently: INPROGRESS
