Lava Scheduler status reporting

One thing that would be useful to see on the front of lava's website is an indication of the current state of LAVA. This would basically involve showing the status of boards in the farm and the queue status, possibly with some history.
Some ideas:
1. Board status in the scheduler - for each board, how many boards are currently running jobs, idle, or offline
2. Queue status - how many jobs running, how many jobs waiting, total job history
