Make lex compatible with MS Windows

Yes Windows is a dreadful operating system, however, lots of people use it, usually through no choice of their own. Lex could be very useful to these people, particularly students in secondary schools, sixth-form colleges, or universities. Whilst, ideally, all of these institutions would use Ubuntu, it would be better to make Lex cross platform than wait for these institutions to realise they should be using Ubuntu...

The clipboard capture feature is now working. The installer is almost finished, minimal work required there. The default GTK theme is now corrected and the installer is completely finished. Just need to add notifications through growl and we're good to go!
