Detect mouse click/2click/3click events

Combine press/release events into "click" events if there was no motion (i.e. no drag). Use timing information to detect 2click and 3click events.

This likely wants implementing in the term layer, using an int-valued termctl to give the timing limit for 2click/3click detection.
