Aggregate All Test Runs per Build
Why?
To compare the entire history of a build we should be able to download the entire builds history in one tab delimited file.
Context?
This is part of the larger ARM benchmarking effort.
What gets produced?
A script that aggregates all data generated for a given build and generates a text file with tab delimited listing gof all tests.
