rebase all git repos with changes for linaro_
setup test build with test manifest from above: DONE
verify that test build builds and fix eventual buld issues: DONE
verify that test build works well and file bugs for eventual regressions: DONE
once rebasing bugs are fixed, move official builds to 2.3.4: DONE
verify that LEB and generic builds still work after first build run: DONE
send announce to linaro-dev that the rebase for official builds has happened and that owners for dev_branches should do the same ASAP as we don't support 2.3.3 anymore: DONE
