Rebase Linaro Android Builds to AOSP 2.3.5

Headline:
Linaro Android Builds are now based on 2.3.5 AOSP gingerbread and feature latest available to the public

Acceptance:
All android-official mainline and and lt/leb builds can be installed, booted and use android 2.3.5 with latest linaro technology.
