Build the Non-Proprietary Igloo Android A Release with Linaro Tools

[patrik-ryd, 2011/11/04] Tried this again this week in between sessions at Connect. The dependencies are hopeless for the non proprietary build. This is probably not a way forward. We might have to reconsider the whole idea of binary overlay for Android.

Use the new and shiny non proprietary configuration gits when they are available: TODO
Build and fix build problems by replacing open ST-Ericsson code with AOSP or disable features: INPROGRESS

Bring back as many of the open proprietary ST-Ericsson gits (might be possible because of disabled features) as possible. : TODO
Import the gits to android.git.linaro.org to the dev_igloo branch. TODO: TODO
