Headline: Linaro Android Team delivered a first preview LEB of Android 4.0 (codename: icecream sandwich). The preview is available for early consumption of Board XXX and YYY and delivers a basic UI user experience.

Acceptance: Linaro ICS tip build available for all boards; one or more tip builds are building and booting to UI experience; release branch made for this build.
